41Hawthorn #19216-699
Renesme Jersey Faux Wrap Dress
I knew when I pulled this one out of the box that it was love. And I probably shouldn't have tried this one on first as I did not want to take it off! Perfect fit and the material is so comfortable and cool! Perfect for summer! Definite keeper!
Loveappella #21997-613
Dezzi Lace Detail Knit Top
This top is adorable and I loved the lace details on this! This was a top that I had pinned on my Pinterest board for my stylist!
Gilli #21502-599
Ryland Knit Maxi Dress
Another great piece but the color on the top was kind of a rusty orange color and the color just didn't do much for me. Great length, fit, so so so comfy but just couldn't get past the color on top! Beautiful print on the bottom though!
Crescent #20059-356
Dondi Zipper Back Top
Another one that was an amazing piece that she took inspiration from my Pinterest board for! The color was like a rusty yellow color rather than a brighter or bolder yellow like I would have preferred. If the color would have been a little different, it would have been a definite keeper!
Margaret M #21688-593
Emer Printed Straight Leg Pant
Great length and fit but the rayon material is what I couldn't get past. They kind of swished when you walked so I'm not too sure I would wear these. Love the fit of them though! Would love to see these in a different material and pattern!
Overall, I loved this fix. Definitely my styles just a slight color difference than what I'm looking for right now. My keeper for this fix was the Renesme dress! So much fun!
I am a busy mom who was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2012. I love to cook and travel and being gluten free has made those things a little more challenging!! I want to share with people how I manage food, travel, life, love, and everything in between!

Stitch Fix- birthday edition!
My Birthday fix is here and I just have to share it all with you!!!
1st up is my favorite! Absolutely love the PIXLEY Clarice Knit Dress! Fits wonderfully and I can definitely mix and match it with a lot of different outfits!
The 41HAWTHORN Orosco Crew Neck Blouse is a gorgeous piece but I'm still undecided on keeping or not. Great material but the fit is a little boxier than I'd like. Definitely another piece you can mix and match with a lot of different outfits!
The yellow skirt is the LE LIS
Cecilia Zipper Detail Aline Skirt and the color is so pretty! But for some reason I can't seem to get the fit to look right. I seem to always have this issue with pencil skirts!
The blue cardi is the MAK
Jaclynn 3/4Sleeve Button-Up Cardigan. I have one extremely similar to this without all the softness this top has! So I might need to keep this one!
The shoes are the MIA Esie Laser-Cut Flats. Really comfortable shoe but definitely not my style. I've never really been one to wear the pointy-toed shoes so these ones are going back!
So if you're not familiar with Stitch Fix, you fill out a style profile on their website with your sizes, clothing styles you like and don't like, price ranges for different items, and what you would like sent to you or not. For example, I do not need anymore jewelry so I have the boxes checked for Stitch Fix to avoid jewelry. You can get your "fix" as often as you'd like or you cab schedule automatic fixes every 2-3 weeks, monthly, etc. I like to stick with the same stylist so she gets to know what items I like and what I don't like. You can link up a Pinterest board for your stylist to see so she gets a better idea of your style. After each fix, you can leave comments on all your items with what you liked or didn't like about each piece. This also helps with future fixes, so be as detailed as you can. If you have a special event coming up or vacation, schedule a fix for it explaining what you're looking for to your stylist! This is a fantastic service for women (and men too starting in the fall) who don't like searching the stores for items that fit your body type or maybe aren't that great at styling the clothes you do have. Or maybe you're just too busy to shop! I love the style cards so show you 2 different ways to style your piece, typically a more dressed up way as well as a more casual look. There is a $20 styling fee but even if you only keep one item, that $20 goes towards it! Free shipping and returns! You really can't go wrong here. They have a great referral discount that gives you $25 towards your next fix when a friend uses your link and schedules their first fix too! Feel free to use mine if you wanna give this a try! So much fun and so addicting!!!

White Chocolate Pistachio Fudge
The hubby found this great recipe for Pistachio Fudge on Facebook. This recipe turned out amazing and I conveniently already had everything I needed to make it. I'm a little late on the "green food" for St. Patty's Day but maybe for next year! Or Christmas since the weather outside looks like Christmas will be coming again. Bleh! Anyway, here's the recipe! Enjoy!
White Chocolate Pistachio Fudge
Ingredients
1 pound white baking chocolate or one bag of white chocolate chips (what I used)
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 teaspoon Almond Extract
1/8 teaspoon Green Food Color
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Additional pistachios for garnish, if desired
Directions
-Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, allowing foil to extend over sides of pan.
-Spray with no stick cooking spray.
-Melt chocolate as directed on package.
-Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer until smooth.
-Gradually beat in sugar on low speed until well blended.
-Add melted chocolate, extracts and food color; mix well.
-Stir in chopped pistachios.
-Spread evenly in prepared pan.
-Garnish with additional pistachios, if desired.
-Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm.
-Use foil to lift out of pan onto cutting board.

Gluten Free Carrot Cake Cupcakes
Mmmm....I don't know why I've waited so long to make these like this. I love the flavors of pineapple and coconut together, and with a carrot cake, it worked deliciously! This recipe is done without any refined sugars, using only organic maple syrup and honey. I grated the carrots with a lemon zester so they were very fine, thinking the kids would notice the carrot....which they did not. These turned out great! I will definitely be making this again and again! This is inspired by the recipe from Flavour and Savour at http://www.flavourandsavour.com/gluten-free-carrot-cake-cupcakes/.
Gluten Free Carrot Cake Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut oil (or other oil)
1/4 cup of organic maple syrup
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
1 cup finely grated carrots
1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained if using canned)
1/2 cup of Domata Living Flour (or other gluten free blend)
1/4 cup of coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
-Stir in the carrots and pineapple.
-Whisk in dry ingredients until blended.
-Stir in chopped pecans.
-Pour batter in lined cupcake tins.
-Bake for 25-30 minutes.
-Cool completely and add your favorite frosting on top!
Enjoy! I know you will!
